Shipping and Delivery
TROFION delivers orders to a number of European countries through trusted shipping partners. The table below shows the available shipping methods, prices by parcel weight, estimated delivery times and maximum parcel dimensions.
Good to know before ordering
- The stated delivery time starts when the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
- Personalised products, engraving or larger orders may require a little more time to prepare.
- We pack larger orders as efficiently as possible. If the weight or dimensions of an order exceed the limit for a single parcel, the order will be split into multiple parcels. In that case, the shipping price will be adjusted according to the number and weight of the individual parcels.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we will notify you by email and you will be able to track your parcel.

- Delivery times may be slightly longer during public holidays, peak seasonal periods or the holiday season.
